The President shall provide executive leadership for hall council. All executive positions (VP's and Community Advocates) will report directly to the President. The President will also be responsible for presiding over Hall Council meetings, serving as a liason to Hall Council advisors, and he/she shall act as liaison to any outside councils or committees in the community.

Hall Council Vice President(s)

Vice President of Communications and Finance
The Finance Officer oversees the financial concerns of RHA. In addition to managing the funds of RHA, the treasurer is required to update all members on the budget and file for additional funds through the Student Government. He/She is also the manager of all funding projects. 

Vice President of Programming
The Programming Vice President works to ensure the logistics of hall council events and programs are carried out. To this effect, the Vice President oversees the efforts of all event committees and mediate hall planning meetings. 

Vice President of Communications
The Vice President of Communications, is the internal and external communicator of RHA. His/her responsibilities include maintaining membership records for the organization, and acting as moderator of the list serve, and is in charge of the overall image of the RHA. The Comm. Officer shall oversee the distribution of meeting minutes and will facilitate communications with hall residents.

Vice President of Sustainability
The Vice President of Sustainability maintains membership on the RHA Sustainability Committee. He/she advocates for the environmental concerns of the council he/she represents and acts as a liaison between the committee and the hall council. He/she helps to plan sustainability related programs and initiatives for the community and the campus.

Hall Council Senator(s)*

Note: Some halls/areas depending on their size may have more than one senator.

The senator maintains contact with all RHA senate members, keeps track of and attends RHA senate meetings and agendas (Bi-weekly). Also must be able to attend committee meetings with campus department directors on a bi-weekly basis (Every other week, bi-weekly on senate off-weeks). He/she also acts as the campus wide liason for the council executive board and hall resident interests. The senator shall also be the the liaison between the communication arm of the hall council, the publications advocate, and the rest of the council cabinet.

*Hall Council Senators are required to attend all Hall Council meetings, all Hall Council events, all Senate meetings, and all committee meetings. Should you choose to apply for this position, please be aware of the extra time commitment associated with being an RHA Senator.
